Saturday 12 November the jury of the first Biennale of the print of Gravelines met.
It consisted of:
– Caroline Bouyer, engraver and engraving teacher at Estienne school (Paris)
– Virginie Caudron, Director of the Museum of Drawing and Original Print of Gravelines
– Matthieu Coulanges, printmaking tools designer, Treasurer of the association “Art & Estampe – Friends of the museum of Gravelines”
– Jacques Declercq, engraver, formerly professor of engraving at the school of art of Calais and workshops of Gravelines and former member of the Group of Gravelines
– Nicolas Declercq, Associate Professor of Visual Arts
– Agnès Dubart, engraver
– Denise Frélaut, formerly director of the etching workshop and publishing house Lacourrière-et-Frélaut
– Roland Plumart, collector, printmaker, curator of the Association Malbodium Museum
– Hélène Vasseur-Bessière, President of the association “Art & Estampe – Friends of the museum of Gravelines”

After almost 4 hours of deliberations, the jury unanimously
– First prize at Marie Belorgey
– Special price Taille Douce at Thierry Mortiaux

The jury congratulates all the artists for the very high quality of the works presented
